i have recently realized that i haven’t done anything significant exercise related in, well, ever. so that being said, i decided it would be a good idea to sign up to run the ridgefield half marathon in october. it will be a great way to push myself and train for something that is definitely out of my comfort zone. luckily, one of my coworkers who runs marathons like it’s her job was nice enough to share her training schedule with me. my goal is to run 3-5 miles consistently during the week until i get to 10 weeks out when i start the training schedule. i will keep you updated on my progress!
